All products purchased from IndiTemptation.com are covered under our 7-Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. However, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Jewelries, bags, and paper lamps
  • Fabric lengths less than one meter

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Photographic Evidence: To speed up the process, we will request photos of the damage or defect.

  • For domestic returns, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner. If pickup isn’t available, you can ship the item using a reputed courier, and we will reimburse the shipping charges via a gift card for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Charges

Replacements
